What am I able to do I after I graduate?
CCDC aims to be a key element in the regional dance
scene. Thus, we do not only train professional
contemporary dancers, we also support them in their
artistic paths by providing opportunities to join projects
or residencies in Egypt and abroad, putting them in
contact with dancers and choreographers during their
study period and after, but also by offering space to
create, rehearse and continue practice, and
occasionally employment. At present, five of our
first-generation alumni are teaching at the center
and many of them are following their own artistic path,
whether through performing, teaching or in starting to
create new works, always in close collaboration with
the center.
