The top surface of the table, known as a playing surface, shall be rectangular,
with a length of 2.74 m and a width of 1,525 m, and shall be situated in a
horizontal plane 76 cm above the ground. The playing surface can be any
material. The color should be dark and with a white side line along each edge
and a white background line along each edge. It will be divided into two equal
fields by a vertical network parallel to the bottom lines.
Players’ dress
Normal play clothing usually consists of a short sleeved or sleeveless polo, shorts
or a one-piece sports skirt or dress, socks and sneakers. You can not wear
garments of the same color as the used game ball. The garments used may carry
numbers or labels on the back of the shirt to identify a player.
