Dubai-based ISYX Technologies, a fast-
growing business technology consulting
company, as a channel partner.
The IFS and ISYX partnership will help
deliver IFS’s innovative product portfolio
to customers across the Middle East and
Africa. As part of the agreement, ISYX will
market and deploy IFS’s complete range of
enterprise applications for its customers
across the MEA region. ISYX is also investing
in training and certification of its pre-

LogRhythm, the security intelligence company, has announced that Deloitte in Canada has
selected its Threat Lifecycle Management (TLM) technology to support Deloitte’s Managed
Security Services and other cybersecurity offerings.
The partnership will help clients prevent damaging cyber incidents by enabling the
rapid detection and response to threats targeting their extended IT environments. Deloitte
selected LogRhythm as a partner due to its unique TLM technology, which delivers an
end-to-end collection of aligned security operations capabilities designed to reduce the
mean-time-to-detect (MTTD) and mean-time-to-respond (MTTR) to cyber threats. Under
the partnership, Deloitte in Canada will leverage LogRhythm’s TLM technology in new
Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Security Operation Center (SOC)
build-out engagements.
“This partnership bolsters our ability to deliver LogRhythm’s award-winning TLM
technology to more customers around the world,” said Bill Smith, Senior Vice President
of Worldwide Field Operations at LogRhythm. “Deloitte has been ranked number one
globally in security consulting services by Gartner, and has been named a leader in the IDC
MarketScape on worldwide organisational consulting based on strategy and capability. We’re
proud to be Deloitte’s preferred SIEM and SOC platform.”
Infoblox signs Exclusive Networks’ agreement
as ME authorised support centre partner
Infoblox Inc, the network control company
that provides Actionable Network
Intelligence, has announced it has signed
a partnership agreement with Exclusive
Networks, which enables the value-added
distributor to act as an Infoblox Authorized
Support Centre (ASC) in the Middle East.
Exclusive Networks has been a regional
distributor for Infoblox for the past nine
years and the new ASC agreement is an
extension of the long-term partnership
the two companies have shared. Nathan
Clements, Managing Director at Exclusive
Networks, said: “As an Infoblox distributor,
we have developed an extensive reseller
and customer base and have grown the
company’s presence in the region. By
opening an Infoblox Support Centre, we can
get closer to the partner base and provide
more attractive value-added services in
addition to the current professional services
and training packages offered. Our aim
is always to fill the gaps in our partners’
services portfolio so they are able to offer a
full services solution to their end users.”
Exclusive Networks will offer 24x7
telephone and email support, technology
health checks and a range of hardware
replacement options. The company will
also provide enhanced services such as an
engineer on-site in many locations across
the Middle East.
There will also be a range of tailored
support solutions offered. A team of certified
engineers can support both new and
existing installations of Infoblox customers,
working closely with the vendor’s sales team
to enhance the end user’s experience.
The company will not compete with their
resellers but will work closely with partners
to help them ‘white label’ services and fill
any gaps in their own service offerings.
To become an Authorised Support Centre,
Exclusive Networks has had to extensively
train and certify a number of technical
specialists across the Middle East in order
to meet the high standards Infoblox expects
from an ASC, in addition to the traditional
sales, technical and revenue obligations
required to be an Infoblox partner.
“We are excited to partner with a regional
powerhouse offering superior localised
support,” added Alexander Foroozandé,
Channel Director, MEA at Infoblox.
