MARKET MOVEMENT ManageEngine integrates IT ServiceDesk for MSPs with Zoho business apps ManageEngine has announced the integration of its flagship MSP offering, ServiceDesk Plus MSP, with its parent company’s sales and finance apps (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Zoho Invoice). The integration of ServiceDesk Plus MSP with the three Zoho apps helps growing MSPs optimise operations, focus on service and grow their businesses.” ¢ Parallels and Ingram Micro announce distribution agreement Parallels Inc has announced it has signed a distribution agreement with Ingram Micro Inc, making Ingram Micro the authorised distributor for Parallels’ Remote Application Server (RAS) for the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) region.
