Reseller Jacky’s Business Solutions
to make its Pepper robot available to
companies in the UAE looking to provide
new services to their clients.
The company chose Jacky’s as a
key partner to offer complementary
digitalisation solutions in a strategic region
for its business development.
Pepper is one of the first humanoid robots
to interact with humans. It features a high-
level interface for proactively communicating
with those around it, using the latest
advances in voice and face recognition.
Overall, its wide range of capabilities
combined with B2B robotics applications
makes Pepper an innovative business
solution to enhance customer experience.

Can you tell me about how you
have used the channel to grow in
the Middle East?
We are really starting in the Middle East
now. We set up the partnership with Jacky’s
selecting it as a distributor back in April and
we will provide the training for it to repair
