STME has over 25 years of
IT experience across the Middle East.
Prior to joining STME he worked at
Saudi Arabia based systems integrator,
Alfanar IT for over ten years. He was also
responsible for setting up the first internet
service provider in Egypt in the early
nineties.
Al-Bayaa reflects on his two most
memorable achievements across his
career. The first achievement was early
in his career when he decided to move
out of back office into the business side of
operations. He soon clinched one of the
largest strategic deals for the company he
was employed with at that time. Another
achievement he proudly looks back on is
when he successfully realigned another
business within a few years.
Al-Bayaa equates the characteristics
of the technology industry with his own
personal value system. These include
being dynamic, rising to the challenge,
being alert, ready to change, and constant
focus on quality. His reasons to enter the
technology industry? Quite by chance.
