eaving off from my list last month
on important upcoming events
across the data centre landscape,
the summer promises to have key
sessions to peak your interest.
Data Centre Transformation
2016 - On the 12 July 2016 in
Manchester
On the 12th July Manchester University
plays host to the Data Centre
Transformation conference. This year the
conference has a completely new look
and feel.
The 12th July 2016 sees the next in
the highly successful series of Data
Centre Transformation Manchester (DT
Manchester) events, organised by Angel
Business Communications, in association
with Datacentre Solutions, the University
of Leeds and the Data Centre Alliance.
THE COMBINATION OF
SUCH DATA CENTRE
KNOWLEDGE AND
EXPERTISE ENSURES
THAT DT MANCHESTER
IS THE PREMIER DATA
CENTRE EDUCATION
EVENT IN THE CALENDAR
over the summer. In the meantime
please visit the DCA events calendar at
www.datacentrealliance.org for a more
information where there are registration
links to all the events mentioned above.
The combination of such data centre
knowledge and expertise ensures that DT
Manchester is the premier data centre
education event in the calendar, bringing
together the data centre research and
design community, the data centre
vendor industry and, most importantly,
enterprise end users, for a collaborative
information exchange.
Data Center Alliance
In 2016 we will be running nine workshop
sessions instead of the normal conference
programme, covering a range of topics
from Power, Cooling, Design & Build,
Operations, Energy Efficiency, Operational
Intelligence and IoT.
The workshops will be managed by
a number of independent industry
specialists and will present the findings
from survey data carried out throughout
the year by Datacentre Solutions and
the DCA. The workshops will ensure that
delegates not only earn valuable CDP
accreditation points but also have an
opportunity to speak to leading vendors
and suppliers.
I am pleased to confirm that the Data
Centre Alliance as the Trade Association
for data centre Sector will be supporting
and attending all the above event.
There are many more events planned
later in the year and I will make sure
these are highlighted in a later edition
