Kodal Alaris to address KSA information management challenges

Kodak Alaris has announced its participation as a gold sponsor of the Kingdom Smart Government Meeting taking place on May 9th-10th , 2016 at Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh , Saudi Arabia . Executives from Kodak Alaris will engage in discussions with CIOs and IT managers of government agencies participating at the event and provide insights into how digitisation of information is the first step towards digital transformation and laying the foundation for smart government initiatives in the Kingdom .

One of these technologies is the recently announced Info Input Solution from Kodak Alaris . Government agencies that implement Info Input can be more responsive to citizens and employees , while driving down costs and enjoying the efficiencies of web-based business applications . STC selects Teradata Aster to drive customer satisfaction

Saudi Telecom Company ( STC ) has selected the Teradata Aster Big Data Analytics Appliance as well as Teradata Hadoop to leverage customer insights and drive business efficiency .
In aiming to better understand its customers , STC deployed Teradata Aster , Teradata Hadoop appliance to capture and analyse social media data , as well as to manage and collect customer feedback data . The Teradata Aster solution will improve business decision-making by increasing the accuracy and speed of data-driven business insights , and by delivering measurable improvements in organisational performance and productivity . This will allow STC to deliver customised consumer campaigns and ultimately provide a unique customer experience .
