PROJECT UPDATE
KSA
The Al Ageeg Mixed Use Complex project comprises a five-star
hotel development, with residential and serviced apartments
and a retail component located north of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The project is situated close to the Financial Plaza of King
Abdullah Financial District and is approximately 23km from
King Khalid International Airport.
BAHRAIN
Structural work on the $1 billion Al Sahel Resort project is
on-going in Bahrain. The project includes a five-star resort
located at Al Jazayer Area, Zallaq. The resort will offer both
room and villa-based accommodation. The project will include
a 200 room five-star hotel and a 20, 000 square metre
conference centre. The resort is going to be built on land
reclaimed 7km out to sea from the Al Jazayer Beach.
