UAE
Sharjah Airport Authority has signed an agreement
relating to its continuing expansion. One of the contracts
includes the delegation of consultancy services to ADP
Ingénierie, a French company specialising in airport
architecture and engineering, with extensive airport design
experience in the UAE and in other countries. ADP Ingénierie
will be responsible for the design and construction
supervision of the airport expansion project.
OMAN
Total has signed a MoU with the Omani Government
relating to the development of natural gas resources. Total
and Shell will develop discoveries of natural gas in the Greater
Bank area giving the companies access to new gas resources.
In return, the companies will introduce Oman to previously
untapped gas markets. The MoU includes both upstream
and downstream businesses.
