PROJECT UPDATE
KUWAIT
The Novotel Sharq Hotel project consists of a 30-storey
hotel tower located at block eight, Sharq, Kuwait. The project
includes a multi-storey car par; podium levels to accommodate
hotel services, including both the front and the back of house
services; and the guest rooms tower. The project also includes
an automated car parking system, which will provide parking
on multiple levels, stacked vertically to maximise the number
of parking spaces while minimising land use.
KSA
The Al Majmaah University Hospital project is attracting
significant attention in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and
promises to deliver additional high-class healthcare facilities
to the existing infrastructure. A total of 10 companies are in
the race for the main construction contract of the US$122
University Hospital developed by the Saudi Ministry of Higher
Education in the Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia.
