months took place. “We went through
a rigorous selection process where the

fore,” said Yates.
“Then from the implementation side it
took about 70 work days and that was
over a period of six or seven months
because there are many enhancements
we made to the platform because it
is flexible and also there was a lot of
testing to make sure the services we
delivered were good.

Can you describe the system and
what it does for Dubai Police? What benefits will the system bring
to Dubai Police?
The ITSM system, which was taken
from Axios, will take care of all the
IT requirements of Dubai Police. We
started at the beginning with the
