A UAE real estate company, with extensive technological expertise, is set to develop a
pedestrian friendly area close to Sharjah University City, Sharjah International Airport and
Dubai International Financial Centre. The Alef Group will develop a walkable area of around 3
million square feet. The project known as ‘Al Mamsha’ will include a variety of different types of
apartments and open spaces.

The first stage of the Wafra Road Project in Kuwait is expected to be complete by March next
year. The development includes nine intersections, nine flyovers and over 41 km of four-lane
roads. Kuwait has allocated $103 billion for 30 major projects.
