In this latest case study from Excel Networking, the company installed a
converged infrastructure system capable of providing the functionality for
all systems and facilities including the data, CCTV, and wireless network
throughout the Four Seasons resort in Dubai, UAE.
S
et on a pristine, natural beach, the Four Seasons Resort
Dubai at Jumeirah Beach blends Arabic design with
cool, contemporary style creating an atmosphere of
light, sophisticated luxury. The hotel offers 237 ultra-spacious
rooms which include 49 suites, which offer views of the
Arabian Gulf on one side and Burj Khalifa and the downtown
skyline on the other.
This 5-star Dubai hotel is home to 10 restaurants and lounges,
one of the city’s most lavish spas, three swimming pools and
fun family activities. With a warm, comfortable attitude and
legendary personalised service, Four Seasons is redefining the
Dubai luxury hotel experience.
The Requirement
With the hotel resort being a completely new build, careful
consideration needed to be taken as to what infrastructure
was selected at the project planning stage. The solution
selected needed to be capable of hosting a CCTV system
as well as provide the foundations for a wireless network.
