SOPHOS
Sophos will place the spotlight on its concept of
communication between its IT security solutions for
endpoint and network. The world of IT security has
become even more complex and more difficult to
manage for enterprises of all sizes, thus it is time for
a new approach to IT security solutions.
Sophos plans to showcase the latest version of its
UTM hardware series – its new generation of network
security appliances that fully supports the best of two
worlds - from Sophos’ and the Cyberoam technology.
BROCADE
Brocade will be showcasing its networking
technologies that will help organisations in the
Middle East transition to the New IP while at GITEX
Technology Week.
Moreover visitors will be able to take look at the
most up to date versions of Sophos Cloud, Enduser
Protection Bundles, SafeGuard, Sophos Mobile
Control, Sophos Email Appliance and Sophos Web
Appliance. Also on display will be Cyberoam’s futureready network security with its wide range of NextGeneration Firewalls and UTMs.
Sophos will be exhibiting in Hall 1, Stand C1-16
At Gitex Brocade will demonstrate the first
commercial edition of the OpenDaylight controller,
the open source SDN controller. Visitors to Gitex
will be able to see the recently launched Brocade
SDN Controller 2.0, a commercial distribution of
the OpenDaylight (ODL) controller based on the
Lithium ODL release, and two new software-defined
networking (SDN) applications—Brocade Topology
Manager and Brocade Flow Manager.
Also on show, Brocade’s virtual router, which is also
an industry first. It’s the only virtual router and
network software suite designed from inception to
run on an Intel chip, instead of being ported from its
original design.
Brocade’s VCS Fabric technology, the fabric in
enterprise data centres, will be on display. SDNenabled with native automation, it provides an ideal
foundation for the New IP.
Demos will take place on the Aptec and Westcon
Middle East stands, located in Hall 4, Stand A4 – 3
and Sublime Café at Ibis Hotel respectively
