The Geepas Tower project is to consist of a 20-storey
residential and commercial tower located at Al Arjan-Al Mizin,
Al Barsha South Third, Dubai. Geepas Tower will have two
levels of basement parking, a ground floor with a welcome
lobby, 40,000 square feet of retail space and 19 floors of
residential accommodation.
OMAN
A project to build a tourism complex at the Duqm
Special Economic Zone, in Duqm, Oman, includes
hotels, residential complexes, an entertainment centre,
a water amusement park and a number of other tourist
services and facilities.
The project features hotels of varying ratings and residential
complexes comprising villas and apartments. The project
also includes the construction of a mall with a range of
restaurants, cafes and stores, as well as a mosque, a
cultural and entertainment centre, gardens, public
services and utilities.
