Enovacom, a French software publisher,
is a leader in the e-health sector and an expert in
interoperability and has designed a software suite to
facilitate the exchange, sharing and security of data between
all players in the healthcare system. Its solutions are found in over
1,500 healthcare institutions in France and abroad. In particular,
Enovacom software is used to manage and secure hospitals’
electronic exchanges with their various partners.
This acquisition of Enovacom is a key step in Orange Healthcare’s
growth. Orange Healthcare wants to develop innovative solutions
that will enable healthcare players to communicate with each other
and stay in contact with patients throughout their treatment.
The digitalisation and streamlining of care is a major issue for
the industry and it is for this reason that Orange Business
Services chose to invest in Enovacom.
ITALY
Italian energy customers and suppliers now have a
very fast and highly efficient way to settle disputes. They
can now use the online Energy Customer Dispute Settlement
Service (Servizio Conciliazione) and save on time and money
which they would otherwise have needed to spend on travelling to
physical meetings for dispute settlement.
Responsible for managing the solution is Acquirente Unico who has
selected a unique combined solution for live video identification
and electronic signature to run this service. Namirial LiveID &
eSignAnyWhere allows Acquirente Unico to mimic a face-to-face
meeting and have energy customers and operators meeting
online with an expert conciliator. Individual solutions to settle
disputes are collaboratively negotiated, documented and
electronically signed from both sides in a legally
binding mutual agreement.
