This art piece was created in honour of the Chinese Lunar
New Year for 2019, the Year of the Pig. The lantern held by
the pig symbolizes the wish for a bright future for everyone.
The colours chosen for the lantern are the traditional
colours of a Chinese lantern; red represents happiness and
yellow stands for wealth. This piece was inspired by one
of the most significant traditions held in China every year
and symbolizes happiness and best wishes for every family.
