Time to decorate!
Note: The decorations I used are just recommendations - you can choose any edible decor of your liking!
Materials:
White food colouring
Black edible lustre dust
Edible star decor/sprinkles
Star cupcake toppers
Procedure:
1. Take a clean toothbrush and dip it into the food colouring. Run your thumb along the bristles of the toothbrush to flick white starlike dots all along the top and sides of the cake.
2. Take a dry paintbrush and dip it into the black lustre dust. Tap the paintbrush lightly to release dust all over the cake.
3. Using your fingers, sprinkle the edible star decor and star sprinkles on top of the cake.
4. For a final touch, insert the star cupcake toppers wherever you please!
All done! You have created an out of this world galaxy mirror glaze cake!
