At home, Sarah prefers to eat Trader Joe's Creamy, Salty, Organic Peanut Butter, but she takes Skippy in the backcountry. Sarah was floored to find out Skippy's tagline is, Fuel the Fun. Sarah prefers creamy to crunchy peanut butter because she eats peanut butter with more interesting textures. For example: rice cakes. Finally, Sarah said, "I just grew up on creamy."
"I tend to overpack a little on the clothes because I get so cold at night! I bring my zero degree sleeping bag on every trip, basically regardless of the weather expectations."

Breakfast: Bagel and Peanut Butter:
Lunch: Tortilla + Hummus + Cucumber + Tomato + Carrots
Dinner: Gado Gado (see page 8-9)
Snack: apples, trail mix
Dessert: No bake cookies, Banana Boat S'mores
