WBFF Pro Diva Fitness Model

So, I've decided to bite the bullet, knuckle down and start working towards competing again!

I last competed and won my WBFF pro card over a year and a half ago. Since winning my last competition, I knew immediately the calibre of physiques I would be compared against. I knew there would be big names, public figures, social media influencers and not to mention the whole world potentially watching...

Second immediate thought; I am not them. I am not good enough. I can't compare to those girls. Creating many levels of resistance, further cementing those stories I told myself. And as we come to realise, what we think, we believe, we become (to a point obviously!) So, if you don't believe in yourself and vision a goal to be something you can achieve, then you won't even begin to put in any effort. They will just become thoughts and all the excuses you create, seem fixed and valid. You will stop yourself. I stopped myself from progressing.

Once I realised getting up on the pro stage isn't about wanting to be compared against other women, and having the 'better body'. My reason for wanting to be amongst a pro line up is to prove to myself I have the potential to be on the Pro stage. I want to feel that I deserve to be on that stage. In saying that, once I came to this realisation I have been super impatient to get my shred on! I am so fortunate in that I am now faced with a new challenge, that being
