What a typical day of food looks like for me:

Breakfast

Egg White & Protein Powder Shake

1 Slice of Protein Bread with Almond Butter

Meal 1

Grilled Steak & Sweet Potato

1 apple

Meal 2

Grilled Chicken Breast, Brown Rice & Green Beans

Meal 3

Rice Cakes with Jam

Protein Shake

Meal 4

Barramundi Fillet with roast vegetables

I eat similar to this year round and alter the quantities when I am preparing for a photo shoot or competition.
