Base:

- 80g Freedom Foods Gluten Free Rice Puffs

- 60g Rolled Oats

- 100g honey

- 45g Pure maple syrup

- 30g Dessicated Coconut

- 1/2 TSP vanilla

- Dash of Himilayian Pink Salt

- 190g Mayvers Natural Peanut & Coconut Spread

- 30g protein of choice. I used EHPlabs Oxywhey vanilla.

Raw Chocolate Topping:

- 60g Raw Cacao

- 60g Coconut Oil

- 45g Honey

- 20g Peanut Coconut Spread

Method:

Mix dry ingredients together.

Melt honey and peanut butter for base in a saucepan over low heat. Combine ingredients until the form a dough like texture.

Melt Raw Choc ingredients in pan over low heat.

Line a tray with baking paper, press dry ingredients down and pour melted dark choc over the top. Sprinkle with 20g coconut and freeze for 20 minutes.

Cut into approx 32 pieces. Enjoy

Can add an extra 2 scoops of protein to increase protein to approx 6g per piece.
