My love for fitness began at a very early age. I competed in many different sports throughout my schooling and was always a very active kid growing up. I began training in the martial arts and quickly learnt the value of physical exercise and healthy eating. It was in my early teens however, that I recognized my true passion was training in the gym perfecting my physique. I quickly became addicted to both the physical and mental empowerment I felt from each and every workout. Fast forward 10 years and I have completed a degree in exercise science, won my pro status competing in the WBFF and discovered my true purpose in life. Competing with the WBFF has been a goal of mine for many years. In 2018 I decided to prepare for my first competition under the guidance of my coach and good friend Logan Robson of team sacrifice. Logan’s knowledge and guidance is unparalleled and I learnt much about myself and the sport as it came closer to the show.

The WBFF is not only a competition but a spectacle of both fitness and fashion, that allows the athlete to showcase their own individual personality and highlight their true sense of self. My goal is to motivate and encourage anyone who wishes to compete to go ahead and take that next step in their fitness journey as I did and compete with the WBFF.
