9. SELF CARE - In the midst of pushing to be the best version of you, you can’t forget to do the things that make you feel good about yourself physically and mentally. Yes the most important thing to staying motivated is working towards your goal, but you still need to take some YOU time. Whether this is getting your nails or hair done, getting a massage, reading a book, whatever it may be, make sure you take some time to clear your head a smooth your soul. Remember your mindset is what keeps you going so make sure you are always doing things to make you happy.

10. VISUALISE - The main thing that kept me going through the demotivated/hard times, was visualising my results, what I wanted and why I was doing what I was doing. You need to really see yourself clearly for what you want and who you want to be. Only you know how you want to feel or how badly you want to succeed. It doesn’t matter what anybody else thinks about you or what you want in life, at the end of the day YOU are in control of your of life and decisions you make, and only YOU will get those results. So keep your head in the game, Believe in yourself and push every single day to be the best version of you. I can guarantee that so long as you keep motivated / disciplined you will feel so empowered/mentally strong and your life will fall into place.
