Traditional English Form of Dancing
Morris dancing is a traditional English folklore form of dance which is based on rhythmic stepping . The dancers wear bell pads on their shins . They often wield swords , handkerchiefs and sticks . The most common instruments used in the dance are drums , a fiddle and a pipe . The earliest records of Morris dancing dates back from 1400s .
