HI KIDS. LAST TIME WE LEFT POLLY, SHE WAS TRYING TO TURN WHITE SNOWDROPS INTO BLUE. LET’S FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED. After the flash, Polly opens her eyes. The flowers are changed but not to blue snowdrops. Polly cries: “They are roses!” “Yes, “says Jimmy, “not exactly what we wanted but it is a step in the right direction. Not too bad for an old stick we found lying on the ground, hey, Polly!” The little pixie looks at Jimmy and raises her eyebrow. “They are not exactly blue snowdrops, are they? “No,” Jimmy replies, “But it definite- ly proves one thing- the magic comes from you, not your wand!” Polly’s quizzical look turns into a big smile. They both start laughing. “So,” says Jimmy,” looks like you’ve got your magic back. All we need to work on now is your knowledge on flowers!” 40
