View my Refix and Audit Statement: This page allows the Licensed Plumber view all their plumbing certificates of compliances that have been audited and if applicable interact with any refix notices that are allocated against the Licensed Plumber that have been allocated to thave the ato search their plumbing certificates.
The Refix and Audit Statement denotes all the relevant COC’s that have been audited and if relevant are allocated to the respective Licensed plumber and the various status of the COC.
Any Plumbing COC that has been audited and requires a refix the COC status will be denoted as “Failed” and action is required from the Licensed Plumber
