Certificate: Ability to search via a specific certificate number.
Certificate Status: Ability to search via the specific certificate status; Audited, Auditing, Auditing Refix Completed, Auditing Refix required, Logged, Non Logged, Non logged – Allocated.
Created from/to Date: Ability to search a date range of when you purchased the respective COC.
Consumer Name: Ability to search with a consumer’s name who you allocated the COC too. This search ability is only available for Logged and Non-Logged – Allocated COC’s.
Address: Ability to search with an addressed you indicated on the COC. This search ability is only available for Logged and Non-Logged – Allocated COC’s.
Contact Number: Ability to search with a contact number that you indicated on the COC. This search ability is only available for Logged and Non-Logged – Allocated COC’s.
Certificate Type: Ability to search according to a certificate type: Electronic or Paper.
To search for a COC enter the relevant search criteria on either of the 7 different search fields.
If the search criteria is success the respective information will be returned.
After entering the respective search criteria click the “Search my COC’s”
Click on the appropriate COC number to navigate to the respective COC.
