Effie’s Mobile Kitchen parks at New Flyer in Anniston on Mondays and at the Pell City Industrial Park on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. “The other two days of the week, on Thursday and Friday, we’re out in Anniston/Oxford sort of available to the public,” Landers says. On Thursdays the truck is parked across from Long Leaf Lodge at Fort McClellan and on Fridays it is set up in front of Classic Customs on Highway 78 in Oxford. Effie’s Mobile Kitchen is typically open from 11:00 am to 1:00 or 1:30 pm at each April 2018 INSIGHT
