From Wales rising during Euro 2016 ; a resplendent underdog sent to make us all forget our woes and whoop with joy at our screens , to Andy Murray ’ s poignant and tear-jerking Wimbledon win , it ’ s been brilliant , and it culminates this month in Rio at the 2016 Olympics – everyone ’ s favourite sporting stage . If the long jump ’ s not your thing , however , there are plenty of ways to get outdoors and get active across our very own county , some of which you ’ ll be surprised are as accessible as they are .
