NEWS NEXT GENERATION RADIO STATION, PLATFORM B, AWARDED FM LICENCE Platform B, Brighton’s first ever youth-led radio station, has been awarded a community FM licence by government broadcast regulator, Ofcom. The not-for-profit station will start broadcasting on FM in the autumn of 2016, and will be programmed and directed by a new generation of DJs, producers and presenters who want to reimagine and diversify the traditional sounds of radio.
