The Disabilities Trust is a great place to work with a huge range of
opportunities available at the four centres and community houses in
Sussex. We believe that highly trained and motivated staff are vital to help
us continue to deliver our excellent track record of providing life-changing
support for people with disabilities
We provide everybody we employ with the training they need to undertake
their roles, to develop their careers and reach their potential. Anybody
wishing to gain a professional qualification is supported to achieve this.
Staff say: “Each day brings something new. If you like working with
people then this is the job for you. It is hard work but extremely
rewarding. With the trust, I feel valued and supported.”
