“ Established for 30 years , The Fresh Fish Shop in Haywards Heath is seafood heaven and is always brimming with a beautiful selection of fresh fish , which is sourced daily from our trusted coastal suppliers - mainly on the south coast , including Eastbourne , Brighton , and Cornwall . We pride ourselves on selecting only the finest seafood from line-caught , local day boats . We stock MSC certified fish where possible and RSPCA Freedom Food certified salmon , and we choose low environmental impact farms for our sea bass and sea bream .”
“ We attend many local food markets across Sussex and also supply our quality seafood to a range of farm shops , delicatessens , caterers pubs and restaurants throughout the home counties and London . We also offer homemade seafood and shellfish platters , dressed salmon , dressed crabs and lobsters , smoked mackerel and smoked salmon pates , fish cakes and much more !”
“ Home delivery is offered free locally , although we have partnered with The Food Assembly and currently supply our fish to six or seven locations in the area and across London .’’
