DAYSOUT
Take Your Little Monkeys
to Drusillas Park
Make tracks to Drusillas Park and enjoy all the exciting animals,
attractions and events on offer at the award-winning zoo in East Sussex.
However, animals are only half the fun; Go Bananas!, Go Wild!, Amazon
Adventure and the fun and interactive maze Eden’s Eye, are paradise for
anyone who needs to let off steam. Thomas the Tank Engine provides a
train service 362 days a year and Hello Kitty Secret Garden includes three
themed children’s rides.
With over one hundred different animal species in naturalistic
environments, there is plenty to enthral everyone from the youngest
to the oldest visitor.
Plus there is a fun-filled diary of events that runs throughout the year
too. Hello Kitty will return to her home at Drusillas on Saturday 19th
September; visit her in her beautiful themed house and have a souvenir
photo taken with the cutest girl herself. Or stake out the fun at Shriek
Week between Saturday 24th October and Sunday 1st November when
Drusillas has conjured up all sorts of spooky surprises to keep your little
horrors half term happy.
Animals include the popular meerkats where children can climb inside
a dome to get really close, as well as penguins, red pandas and otters.
Animal lovers can also see some new faces along the zoo route following
the introduction of Bactrian camels, Roxy and Lofty.
