This seafront festival will see over 100 riders head into Eastbourne to
display the vintage

children’s bikes, which
first became a huge
phenomenon in the UK
after the legendary chase
scene in the 1982 film
E.T. The bike ride, run
by Brighton Riders BMX,
will end on Eastbourne
seafront, joining the
display of classic and
retro campervans,
along with World Slalom Series inline skating and all of the Surfkraft
competitive windsurfing action from the beach. Bringing together a mix
of demonstrations, sporting events and have a go fun, the free two-day
festival by the beach combines an extreme mix of activities on land, sea
and air. The festival also coincides with a brand new ‘Music Live’ weeklong festival which features a residency at the Underground Theatre,
alongside many live bands at Eastbourne Extreme over the two days.
