Made in Sussex
There must be something in the Sussex air. Or the water. Or the scenery.
Something, anyway, that means our county has become home to some of the
most innovative, well known, and delicious products – from wine to ice cream
and so much in between – to grace the farm shop and supermarket shelves.
We’re incredibly lucky to live in the midst of all this superb food and drink,
and to be surrounded by producers who champion Sussex and use this special
county’s own bounty to create their amazing products.
Arundel Brewery // Arundel
Not only does Arundel Brewery make its very own superb beers and ales
in its Arundel site, but it also sells hard to find continental beers, allowing
you the perfect choice of home or away when it comes to a satisfying
drink. Cask or bottle, varieties include Wild Heaven, Sussex Gold, and
Sussex IPA – locally brewed, nationally known.

Caroline’s Dairy // Chichester
Caroline’s Dairy was launched in 2008 and since then it has grown and
grown. Now providing award-winning ice cream across the South East,
all made with milk from the dairy’s own cows, there are 20 unique
flavours including honey and ginger, white mint chocolate chip, sea
buckthorn, and rhubarb.

Kingscote Wine // East Grinstead
Still and sparkling wine is made at Kingscote,
using the most up to date technology, and the
best Sussex grapes. Everything is done on site,
making this the ultimate Sussex winery – and
despite the modern equipment, much of the
process is also done by hand, including taking
the grapes to the press using 12kg baskets,
which ensures the grapes are in perfect
condition, ready to create the perfect wine.
