Restaurant Tristan- Superb food in a rustic
setting, right in the centre of the restaurant area
of Horsham, Restaurant Tristan is a fine example
of Michelin level food. The modern food served
in a 16th-century building is a great juxtaposition
of styles, and makes for an interesting tasting
experience. Food includes a fixed price fourcourse menu consisting of smoked venison
tartare, partridge with pear and chestnuts, beef
with oyster and beetroot, and butternut panna
cotta.
