Picking the perfect venue for your wedding is an important part of getting your

Combine this with the talents of chef proprietors Jeremy and Vera Ashpool
and Sussex Young Chef of the Year 2013 Jimmy Gray, all of whom are
passionate about the quality of the food and standard of service, and you
have the recipe for an unforgettable occasion.
Located in the heart of West Sussex on the Borde Hill estate, Jeremy’s is
one of those rare finds – a vibrant, contemporary styled venue set within
a classic, English garden. Rated by The Times as one of the top ten most
romantic restaurants in the UK last year, the award-winning Jeremy’s
has achieved an enviable reputation as a stylish and beautiful venue for
weddings, civil ceremonies and special occasions.
Whether you choose to hold a wedding breakfast, buffet or full seated
reception, Jeremy’s can accommodate up to 55 guests in the lightfilled restaurant or 70 guests reception style. In addition to the excellent
restaurant facilities, for larger weddings of up to 120 guests, or 200
canapé style, there is a beautiful marquee overlooking the garden. This is
popular not only in the summer months but also winter and autumn.
The restaurant itself is suffused with light and overlooks its own Victorian
walled garden with sweeping lawns and a vine-covered walkway,
providing the perfect backdrop for photographs and drinks on the day.
Jeremy’s wedding service is tailor-made, and the wedding team prides
itself on its personal touch and attention to detail; whether it is hosting
a ‘Mad Hatters tea party’ with individual cups and saucers, a BBQ or
a vintage themed reception. Prospective brides and bridegrooms are
encouraged to visit the venue at the very early stages of planning your
wedding so the team can show you around and talk to you in person
about your wishes for the day.
Awarded two AA Rosettes and The Good Food Guide Regional Readers’
Restaurant of the Year 2013, great food is at the very heart of Jeremy’s.
