The owner of Nuposto comes from a family who also own restaurants in Naples , so you can ’ t get closer to a genuine Neapolitan pizza without leaving our own shores . The pizza dough and the pasta are freshly made in-house each day , authentic cheese and cured meat are sourced directly from Italy , and even the drinks are Italian .
The menu changes regularly – you can see the chefs making the pasta and pizza dough in our open plan kitchen . With as many as 15 different pizzas making an appearance at any one time , featuring exciting toppings such as smoked buffalo mozzarella , artichokes , friarielli ( Neopolitan broccoli tips ) and spicy ’ nduja sausage .
Despite only opening in 2015 , Nuposto has already gained a reputation for offering excellent gluten-free pizzas , in addition to catering for vegetarians and vegans .
As well as pizza , the menu offers a large range of pasta that you can mix and match with any
delicious pasta sauce you choose . Sharing plates of burrata , mozzarella and cured meat go perfectly with a pint of Peroni or one of the other beers and ciders on tap , including the Nuposto lager . Prosecco fans will love that frizzante is available on tap .
Those with a sweet tooth shouldn ’ t leave without trying the delicious tiramisu , or a slice of warm chocolate or lemon cake .
