Foundation is Tony Zahra, President of the MHRA and long-term believer in quality tourism
to Malta. As one of the biggest believers in Malta as a tourist destination, Zahra has
always encouraged new ideas, new frontiers especially in anything that would mean more
sustainability. He embraced the idea of taking the MHRA and the then still nascent Foundation
