What ’ s on your list of resolutions ? I ’ d like to say mine ’ s full of profound goals that I ’ ll achieve with boundless dedication and energy , and it will all be documented proudly across my social media for the world to see , but if I said that , I ’ d be lying . New Year ’ s resolutions last the standard 2-3 weeks for me , then old habits creep back in . I tend not to set anything in stone ( to avoid imminent failure ), and instead try to make small changes , one at a time .
Whether your resolution-setting style is laid back or fully committed , we can all stand to make a few improvements in our life .
