Christmas cocktails
(with every meal!)
Whether your Christmas tipple of choice is a Cosmo, or you couldn’t celebrate the season
without a Snowball, there’s just something so festive about a cocktail; we’ve taken the
liberty of choosing one for you to pair with each meal on Christmas Day. Cheers!
With breakfast…
Marmalade Bucks Fizz
Ingredients:
• 25ml premium dry gin
• 2tsp marmalade
• 50ml orange juice
• Champagne
• Strip of orange peel
Method:
Shake everything except the champagne
together over ice and pour into a cold wine
glass. Top with champagne. Squeeze the
strip of orange peel over the top to release the
orange oils into the drink.
With lunch…
Cranberry Sour
Ingredients:
• 50ml premium dry gin
• 2tsp cranberry sauce
• 20ml lemon juice
• 15ml sugar syrup
• 1 egg white
Method:
Shake everything over ice, then strain into a
lowball glass. Lovely with or without ice.
After dinner…
Ice Cream White Russian
Ingredients:
• 25ml premium vodka
• 25ml strong instant coffee
(made, left to go cold)
• 4tsp good quality vanilla ice cream
(plus a scoop to finish)
• 75g chocolate sauce

Method:
Shake the vodka, coffee and ice cream
together. Drizzle chocolate sauce around the
inside of a jar. Add crushed ice to the jar, pour
vodka mix over the top, and top with a scoop
of vanilla ice cream.
