BGT phenomenon in debut UK Tour

JAMIE RAVEN LIVE ON STAGE

Jamie Raven, the UK’s most popular magician, is taking to the road this
summer in his debut solo UK Tour, JAMIE RAVEN LIVE ON STAGE, an
evening of magic and grand illusion. After a whirlwind six months
including finishing runner up on Britain’s Got Talent, headlining West
End box office smash hit The Illusionists and starring in numerous TV
shows, Jamie will now star in his own UK wide tour, hitting Folkestone’s
Leas Cliff Hall on 1st July.

Jamie Raven burst onto an unsuspecting world
during the 2015 series of ITV1’s Britain’s Got
Talent. His magic not only amazed everyone,
but his humble and charming style also captured
the UK public’s hearts. He even made Simon
Cowell exclaim, “I now finally believe in magic!”
Jamie’s ambition was always to take his magic
to a wider audience and BGT finally gave him
that chance. His opening audition has now been
viewed on YouTube over 15 million times and
over 90 million people around the world have
now seen his BGT video on Facebook, making
him one of the most viewed magicians online in
the world. Online fans include Ne-Yo, Ashton
Kutcher and Drake.

Speaking about his upcoming show, Jamie said:
“As with The Illusionists, it’s amazing to be able
to perform in theatres because it gives you the
best showcase for any performance art. The
Illusionists was great and I was part of a bigger
show, which was awesome, but the thing I’m
looking forward to the most is the fact that people
will be coming to see me. They’re going to see
the culmination of 20 years of my life and I’m in
such a privileged position to be able to share all
that and my take on the art that I love.”
