The museum is dedicated to preserving as many planes as it can find, and so far has done a sterling job protecting aircraft that would otherwise have been sold for scrap. The Wildlife Heritage Foundation Located just outside of Headcorn itself is The Wildlife Heritage Foundation. The site holds regular open days throughout the year (which are fun events that include face painting, barbecues, arts and crafts, stalls, falconry displays, bouncy castles and more), as well as plenty of opportunities to get up close and personal with the big cats, including photography workshops, ranger for a day experiences, and the chance to adopt an animal.
