Chatham Waterfront is the place
to be on Saturday 4th July, when
yachts and sailing vessels of every
kind will join together for the
Medway River Festival.
The annual event brings the River Medway to life with displays and races
running all day, and plenty of food stalls, exhibitions and live music to keep
visitors entertained.
Joining this year’s festivities are the thrilling Jetstream Tours, which offer
Medway’s first jet boat tours of the waterfront. The tours belt along at up
to 30mph and offer seldom seen sights and reveal hidden history – choose
from high-speed travels, exploratory voyages or trips suitable for little ones.
