EVENTS ArtsFest 2015 // 16 May Jasper Carrott & The Bev Bevan Band // 21 May Nucleus ArtsFest will be five days of free festivals to celebrate the arts in Chatham, and will follow on from the success of the last three-year’s celebrations. The Nucleus ArtsFest highlights the work Nucleus Arts has done to promote the arts in the area, and the work it has carried out to enhance the local community. The acts will mostly be performing at its main Chatham Centre, with some acts roaming through the town centre to engage with the public this year. The festivals will include live music, theatre, dance, contemporary street theatre and the visual arts, and will showcase both professional and amateur artists throughout the event, with a particular focus on artists who are connected with the Medway Towns.
