The Secret Garden can be found hidden away in a romantic cobbled courtyard surrounded by mature
trees and beautiful walled Victorian gardens - the perfect venue for your perfect day.
The Secret Garden is captivating, elegant and is one of Kent’s most spectacular settings for weddings.
Occupying a 19th Century, the building was once home to the estate’s horses and carriages, and once
you arrive the reason for our name will become apparent.
We can take care of every aspect of your wedding, from the ceremony to your dream menu. The
stunning Coach House can accommodate 60-70 guests for a Wedding Breakfast and a further 60
guests in the evening. The Coach House has large double doors that open on to the south-facing
covered terrace that has views over the walled gardens. From April to October our Marquee can seat
any number of guests up to 100 for a Wedding Breakfast and a further 50 guests in the evening. For
more intimate gatherings, our new Victorian Glass House with its own private gardens is perfect for
26-30 guests.
