Live at home schemes offer services and support to help older people (over 60)
lead independent, active and fulfilled lives, and to live securely.
We aim to help you to maintain your independence while offering opportunities
for companionship, trusted support and advice when you need it.

• A weekly telephone call for general suppport
• Advice or information on local services, benefits or referral to advice
• Quarterly newsletters
• Regular visits from a befriender.
• Access to a range of support services

We have services to support you in your home as well as group activities in a
place where you can be welcomed and among friends.

You can choose the services which best suit you. Staff and volunteers will be
here to help with questions and concerns.

Above all, you will know that there is always someone to turn to for help, advice
or a simple chat.

We also offer men’s club, fish & chip lunches & film afternoons, plus many more
activities and events.
