CORPORATE SUPPORTERS REWARDED FOR THEIR FUNDRAISING AT
Demelza Business Awards
Corporate supporters were thanked for their amazing fundraising
at the annual Demelza Business Awards on Friday 20th June.
Adventurer and TV presenter, Sally Kettle, was
the host for the awards ceremony at the Marriott
Hotel in Bexleyheath. Supported by NatWest,
the annual event is a chance for Demelza to
thank its corporate supporters for their fundraising
over the past 12 months.
Guests at the black tie dinner heard dad John
talk about his family’s experience of using
Demelza. Their daughter Phoebe, 4, who has a
rare condition called Congenital Central
Hypoventilation Syndrome stayed at Demelza
South East London for three months just after
she was born to allow her family to come to
terms with caring for a ventilated child and to
adapt their home for Phoebe’s complex needs.
The family now access respite care at the
children’s hospice.

Natalie Tegg, head of partnerships at Demelza,
